About Us

Sam is a multi-disciplined property professional, with over a decade of experience in property development and investment . Initially starting his career as a land buyer for a national retirement house builder then moving on to work at various prop cos sourcing and acquiring sites within residential and commercial sectors. These range from new build schemes to long term investment strategies. Sam specialises in acquisition, planning, strategy and design.

Toby qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2003 (MRICS) and became an associate partner in 2004 within Knight Frank’s residential development team.

Toby left to join the family business in 2005 and has since worked on many residential and commercial projects throughout the home counties. These have ranged from one to ten unit schemes encompassing conversions, new build, and mixed use schemes.
