Sam is a multi-disciplined property professional with over a decade of hands-on experience across development, investment, and strategic asset growth. He began his career as a land buyer for a national retirement housebuilder, where he refined his ability to identify and unlock high-value opportunities.

He has since held pivotal roles within a range of property companies, leading the sourcing, evaluation, and acquisition of sites across both residential and commercial sectors. His portfolio spans complex new-build schemes, regeneration projects, and long-term investment strategies.

Sam’s core expertise lies in acquisition, planning, strategic development, and design—delivering outcomes that balance commercial value with long-term vision.

Toby qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in 2003 and advanced quickly to become an Associate Partner in Knight Frank’s Residential Development team the following year.

In 2005, he joined the family business, where he has since played a central role in delivering a wide range of residential and commercial projects across the Home Counties.

His experience spans bespoke one-unit developments through to multi-unit schemes of up to ten homes, including complex conversions, high-quality new builds, and mixed-use projects. Toby brings a depth of technical expertise, market insight, and development acumen to every project he leads.
